Mom's Place Part 1

21st Century

Well
I gained ten pounds since I been back at my mom's
And that's with the towel on !
Gone are the days of the police raids
Hotel rooms for the one night stays
Runnin' from cops
Now I'm on Mr Rogers block
Cookin' burgers
Wearin' flip flops
In a backyard the size of a baseball card
Hard
As doin' time
Can't spell
Can't rhyme
I'm fallin' behind
Till I'm like yer grandpa
Tellin' you stories of the olden days
Wearin' old man shades
Retirin' to the everglades
Who woulda thunk
I'd end up anywhere cept dead in some trunk ?
Concrete shoes
Gettin' ready for a little dunk ?
A punk
But here I am at my mom's place
Growin' lines on my face
Makin' my plays down at the local Bingo hall
Sugar mamma's with knees the size of a football
They thinks I'm their pet gangsta
An original pranksta
Gone are the days
Of the police raids
Hotel rooms for one night stays
Runnin' from cops
Block to block
Enemy number one
Of the neighborhood watch
When they see me
They keep their glock cocked
And their daughters locked
But now I lives next door to a cop
On Mr Rogers block
Cookin burgers
Wearin' flip flops !
Word.
