A textile that produces words
An open refinery of definition
For the cause of past racial
Competition
I am a Strong Southern Black
Textile
I though am not the one to labor
back breaking task
I use the lead from my pencil to
Solve the hinderance of the past
I am a Strong Southern Black Woman Textile
I grow stronger
Lead now flows, changing to ink
My words are in print being
Distributed in the streets
I am a Proud Stong Southern Black Woman Textile
I write words that speak.
