Stop Making Sense
21st Century
Torn, frayed and tattered
Sanity splattered
Oozing gray matter
Depleting rationale
Stop making sense
While I'm up on this fence
Hard to balance
I may fall and die
Give me a dime
And I'll be a rich man
Cause I've heard it all
Millions of times
Stop making sense
Or all fall of this fence
And for sure
It will be the wrong side
Back to my vomit
As quick as a comet
Throwing my pearls
To swine
Stop making sense
I've been up on this fence
For so long
I believe that I'm fine
