Lady Brown

By John Metcalfe

21st Century

Lady (licks) brown lipstick
Smears and smiles brown hue

Obsequious eiders cajole weary fish
Lady amber smells great smiles

Westerlies weather wondering willows
Whilst wenches write wantonly

Aeolus blasts breaths no more
Bidding forgiveness all around

Sick dog black asks round head why?
No answer to answer any answer no

To transport tender thyme through
Treacherous trails takes tactful thought.
