My Rock, My Anchor
21st Century
My rock!
My anchor!
Whose absence drifts -
forcibly,
slowly loosing the world,
till all has gone away.
I am now,
but once was not,
and will be soon
when distance weakens-
my strength is not,
my troubles are,
my fear too great,
and you too far.
